At Klein Kooperasie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
What can be returned?
You can return most unused and unopened items within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund (original shipping charges may apply). This includes:
- Incorrect items received
- Items that do not meet your expectations (as long as they are unopened and unused)
What can’t be returned?
- Used or opened items
- Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Custom-made or special order items
- Items damaged during transportation by the courier (see below)
Items Damaged During Shipping:
We take pride in carefully packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the courier, you are not eligible for a return through Klein Kooperasie.
In such cases, please contact the courier company directly to file a damage claim. They will have a process for investigating the damage and reimbursing you. We recommend keeping all original packaging materials for the courier’s inspection.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us by phone, email, or in-store to initiate the return process. This will allow us to track your return and expedite your refund.
- Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Return Shipment: Arrange for a return shipment to Klein Kooperasie. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any item that does not meet the return criteria.
